Questions about pricing
What fees apply to rent?
None. Rent is paid directly between the people involved.
Are inspections included in a plan?
No. An inspection has its own price, shown before you book.
Does a plan renew by itself?
No. It runs for the month you paid for, then stops.
Do I pay to find a place?
No. You only pay for what you ask for, and you see the amount first.
